Army of Bees — Homepage Wireframes (PDF)
Army of Bees · Homepage wireframes · 2026

Two directions for the homepage.
Same brief, same brand, two positionings.

Direction A leads with a hive / technology-partner positioning — honeycomb visual vocabulary, "we've shipped this before" hero, "recently shipped" case studies. Direction B leads on end-to-end partnership — central lifecycle orbit, five-phase loop, side-by-side contrast of craft vs. shortcut software. Both keep the AoB name and modernize the hex / honey vocabulary; the contrast against shortcut software is baked into the language, not named directly.

◆ a technology partner since 2010

We've shipped this before.

Strategy, design, and engineering — under one roof since 2010. We've shipped the things people are now asking AI to "just build" — for government agencies, founders, startups, and teams inside big companies. We know what breaks.

Why hire a team that's done this
↗ skip ahead
01
We've shipped this before.
Fifteen years of production software — the boring, load-bearing kind that compounds.
02
One hive, end to end.
Strategy → design → build → ship → keep alive. One team owns the whole thing.
03
We know what breaks.
Security, scale, accessibility, ops. The stuff that bites you six months in.
04
Small swarms, senior people.
No hand-offs to a "delivery org." The people who scope it are the people who ship it.

◇ why a studio in the year of the model
Made by humans who've shipped this before.
A model can generate code in seconds. None of that helps when the schema is wrong, the auth model leaks, and no one remembers what problem you were solving.
what you get from "just generate it"
·a demo that works on the happy path
·no one to ask when it breaks at 2am
·security and access control as an afterthought
·design that looks like every other generated app
·a roadmap that ends at the prototype
what you get from the hive
✓a product the team can actually run
✓senior engineers + designers on every call
✓security, accessibility, observability — by default
✓a brand and UX with a point of view
✓a partner past launch, not a "thanks bye"
we use the models too — as power tools, not as the carpenter.
↟ a note from a founder
"We came in after one failed MVP and one stalled rebuild. They re-wrote the foundations, kept the parts that worked, and shipped to production in eight weeks. We've doubled since."
